Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager - Banking/Finance sector This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Project/Contracts Manager to join a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Canary Wharf. Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, banks, data centres, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £200k up to £5m, the company are a leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager with experience in the Banking/Finance sector. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will assist the Mechanical Department Director in mentoring and upskilling the wider team, retaining and improving existing customer relations as well as developing new relationships and securing new business. Based on the success of the department, you will be tasked to review and strategically plan the department structure that you are responsible for, ensuring that the clients you support have a sufficient team to deliver properly and to a high standard. The role involves commercial responsibility as well as operational delivery, client relationship and high-quality project execution with a key focus to quality of install. Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable Experience and Key Skills: * You will need be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Contracts Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Project Manager, M&E Project Manager * Banking / Finance sector experience would be advantageous * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Commercially astute Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Contracts Manager include: * Base salary: £80,000 - £90,000 depending on experience * Travel allowance * Bonus Scheme * Private Healthcare and Dental Care * Life Insurance * Pension options * Company events * Phone and Laptop * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Training and Development opportunities * The company also provide a very enjoyable, supportive, and rewarding working environment, as well as genuine career progression opportunities.
