We’re looking for a Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join a dynamic and fast-paced team delivering high-spec fit-out projects across London and the South East.
As Construction Manager (Mechanical), you’ll be responsible for managing the mechanical installation on site, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Need
*
Solid experience in mechanical construction management, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor
*
Proven background in CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects (commercial/office sector preferred)
*
Strong understanding of HVAC, public health systems, and BMS
*
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Salary & Package
*
£65,000 – £75,000 per annum (DOE)
*
Competitive package including car allowance / Travel allowence, pension, and bonus
*
