Maths Teacher - Alternative Provision in Southampton - ASAP start!
Academics are recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Provision in Central Southampton who provide education to vulnerable young people aged 15 - 19 years.
They are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join them ASAP on a full-time, temp to perm contract. You must have UK QTS to be considered for the role and come with recent teaching experience.
The suitable Maths Teacher will be someone who loves working in an alternative education environment. Who is nurturing and able to build positive relationships with young people to support them both academically and emotionally and build their confidence.
You must be able to plan and deliver engaging and exciting Maths lessons to meet their individual learning needs from KS3 - KS5 and Functional Skills Maths.
