Salary: £162.30 to £251.71 per day (In line with your current pay scale)

Academics' Canterbury branch have been approached by a secondary school in Thanet, Kent to support them in sourcing a Teacher of Maths to start on the 22nd April 2025. They are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to deliver Key Stage 3 and 4 maths. The school are offering a long-term contract which may turn permanent.

Role Description:
Delivering high-quality Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
Planning and implementing engaging and challenging lessons
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Providing timely feedback and support to students
Collaborating with colleagues to develop the Maths curriculum
Contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activitiesRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4
Excellent knowledge of the Maths curriculum
Strong classroom management skills
Passionate about helping students succeed
Good communication and interpersonal skillsContract Details:
