We are seeking a Graduate Data/MI Analyst to join a vital business function, delivering reporting solutions, key performance dashboards, and cost-benefit analysis to UK Directors. Graduate Data/MI Analyst Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Job Type: Full-time, hybrid (2-3 days in office weekly) Salary: starting at £26,000, rising 6 monthly over 2 yearsDay-to-day of the role: Produce effective reporting solutions and deliver new-style dashboards using PowerBI. Engage in stakeholder management, effectively communicating to gather and document requirements, and implement these in new reporting solutions. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between projects while managing the expectations of various stakeholders. Use innovative problem-solving skills to suggest solutions that drive operational efficiency. Take ownership of the reporting solutions being delivered, ensuring accuracy and implementing checking techniques.Required Skills & Qualifications: Recent graduate, preferably with an IT-related degree such as Mathematics or Computer Science, achieving at least a 2:1. Strong ability in using PowerBI to create dashboards and reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and requirement gathering. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in data analysis and producing cost-benefit reports is advantageous.
