We are currently recruiting for an experienced UK Qualified Mathematics Teacher, full time to start after the Easter half term break. You will be teaching Key stage 4 pupils in small groups no more than 6. This is an amazing Ofsted rated “Good” alternative provision that caters for students on a 16-week placement before they are re-integrated back into their mainstream school.
JOB SPEC & DESCRIPTION:
MUST HOLD QUALIFIED TEACHER STATUS OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION
Can teach specialist subject area of Mathematics up to GCSE level.
Plan and prepare Mathematics curriculum up to GCSE level.
Have experience teaching students with low level educational abilities.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Clear oral and written communication skills.
Must hold a DBS on the subscription service, or willing to apply for a new one.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SPONSORSHIP.
Committed to work full time potentially to the end of the academic year.
