Description
The role of Materials Planning Manager will oversee the following:
Strategically manage and optimise inventory to ensure uninterrupted production
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Implement effective procurement strategies
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Conduct regular reviews and audits of suppliers
Manage and develop a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiativesProfile
A successful Materials Planning Manager should have:
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
