£33,847 + 33% nights uplift

As a Materials Handler your responsibilities will include the overseeing of shop floor materials starting from goods-in to goods-out. You will oversee brake disc components from a logistics perspective, while performing duties of either picking, packing, stock review, and logistical controls which are all integral to the ongoing production at this growing Aerospace site.

As a Material Handler, you will:
Process, pick and pack for the set disc components for the day
Organise the materials needed to ensure materials are organised and available
Lease with the members of the team on requirements to meet project deadlines
Document logistics and stock on the internal process system
Use of forklift when moving parts around shop floorWhat We're Looking for:
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role within stock materials
Previous experience working with manufacturing control systems
Good attention to detail and care in their work effort
Ability to operate a forklift in a safe and correct processWhat else do you need to know?
Full training is provided at every step
Initial training period will be on day shift.
The hours for this role are on Nights (20:45-07:00 Mon-Wed, 20:45-05:30 Thurs)
Overtime available and potential for change shifts on evenings and mornings once fully trained
