About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Match Day Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations at all Fulham FC home games. This exciting role involves managing a team of bar staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service, maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the match day experience and managing the staff sign-in and out process. If you have experience in hospitality management and experience in manging hospitality staff, this is an excellent opportunity to work at iconic stadiums in a role that offers flexibility and weekly pay. Key Responsibilities: * Staff Management: Supervise and lead bar staff, ensuring they are delivering high-quality service throughout match days. * Shift Management: Oversee staff sign-in and sign-out processes, ensuring that all shifts are covered and staff are on time. * Bar Operations: Change beer barrels, manage stock levels, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. * Stock Control: Monitor and maintain sufficient stock of beverages and bar supplies as needed. * Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with client and bar owner. * Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and licensing regulations are followed at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience in a supervisory role in a bar or hospitality environment. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, on match days. * Knowledge of bar operations and stock management. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
