Our client, a well-respected automotive passenger car dealership in Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to enhance brand positioning and customer experience. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and engagement in a competitive market.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to refine brand positioning. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines while optimizing return on investment. Managing the production of marketing materials-including leaflets, posters, and digital content-you will oversee copywriting, proofreading, and coordination with designers and printers. Additionally, you will drive digital marketing strategies, build media relationships, and manage PR activities, including press releases and corporate campaigns.
The role also involves organizing high-profile events such as new model launches, motor shows, and press conferences. You will work closely with advertising agencies to develop impactful brand, tactical, and corporate campaigns. Maintaining and expanding a supplier database, securing sponsorships, and overseeing marketing budgets are key aspects of the role. Strong analytical skills will be essential for evaluating pricing positions and preparing monthly market share reports for key stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of senior marketing experience within the automotive sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, great leadership abilities, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
