Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000neg + Bonus tbc

The role of the Marketing Manager – Commercial Washrooms will involve:
* Marketing role promoting a manufactured range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories
* Your main target audience will be architects, specifiers & interior designers however you will also promote to main contractors & specialist sub-contractors
* Develop & implement campaigns and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & lead generation
* Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust to optimise results
* Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, communicating activities and goals ensuring that efforts are coordinated & in line with company plans and values
* Manage all aspect of digital marketing including: social media, company website, content creation, E-Commerce, case studies, blogs etc.
* Market research: customer insights, competitor offerings, new opportunities, brand analysis
* Organising company attendance at trade shows, showroom showcases, CPD events etc.
The ideal applicant will be a Marketing Manager – Commercial Washrooms with:
* Must have marketing experience within a leadership role
* Must have experience working with all marketing channels: digital, email, print, SEO, social media & event marketing
* Ideally will have marketing experience within the construction, design or manufacturing sector
* Must be able to interpret marketing data & analytics and create reports
* Hungry & enthusiastic, an autonomous self-starter
* Punctual, professional & well presented
* IT Literate
