In this new reality, whether it’s prescribing the right medication, promoting healthier habits or managing chronic conditions – better information leads to better decisions, which drives better outcomes. As the strategic partner to leaders in global health, our purpose is to deliver measurable outcomes that propel health and wellbeing forward. Our team of diverse problem solvers know how to engage with HCPs and patients alike, enabling you to strengthen revenues streams, while elevating your reputation. The Role: We are looking for someone to work with us and our clients to define those ‘eureka’ moments. Assimilating clinical and commercial context to define where there is an opportunity for a healthcare brand to differentiate. This might be a point of clinical differentiation that needs elevating into an emotional benefit, or it might be identifying a unique strategic opportunity for a brand to stand out competitively. We’re not selling tins of Heinz - we are helping to differentiate between life-changing medicines. This requires an artful marrying of medical know-how with commercial and brand savvy (art & science). You will act as an ideas catalyst within the agency - supporting our creative teams to land ideas that will drive commercial success and deliver stronger returns. Desired Experience: • Experience: 3+ years in a similar role or 4+ years in pharmaceuticals/life sciences consulting. • Education: Degree in a scientific or medical discipline. • Agency Expertise: Proven success in medical strategy, creativity and client consultation within an agency setting. • Communication: Strong oral and written skills with the ability to influence and persuade. • Organization: Excellent at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. • Leadership: Experienced line manager with a track record of team development. • Clients: Working with clients to problem solve brand problems What you’ll do: • Innovate and Inspire: Use your scientific know-how to spark innovation in medical communications, creating stories that connect with different audiences. • Consultative Support: Be there for clients when it matters most, offering expert guidance to shape strategies that lead to brand success. • Collaborative Expertise: Team up with the strategy director and client leadership teams, helping to steer strategy while making sure everything is scientifically accurate and compliant. • Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner to support their growth and adapt to their changing needs. Who you are: • You’re naturally curious and love using your creativity to turn complex scientific ideas into engaging stories. And using these skills to help land new and organic business. • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always ready to adapt as healthcare continues to evolve. • As a proactive self-starter with high emotional intelligence, you’re great at understanding clients’ needs and personalizing your approach to meet them. • You’re a pro at meeting deadlines and delivering projects with both clarity and precision. • As this is a strategic role, you’ll be happy to formulate the agency view on a particular challenge – voice your point of view and sell it to the internal creative team and client. • Knowing what is and isn’t important from a creative and brand perspective is key
