Marketing Executive
Bishops Stortford | £45,000 + Excellent Benefits | Office Based (5 Days a Week)
A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing property company based in Bishops Stortford. Offering a salary of £45,000 plus excellent benefits, this office-based role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in both digital and offline campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities
Support the creation of digital and print marketing assets, including social media content, brochures, videos and CGIs.
Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns for property launches, events and exhibitions.
Manage the coordination and approval of email marketing campaigns with targeted messaging.
Ensure digital platforms and property portals are kept updated with accurate and engaging content.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on customer data and online traffic.
What Experience is Required
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the property or construction sector.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across digital and print channels.
Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with creative agencies and internal teams.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 per annum
