Manufacturing Team Leader
Our Bournemouth based engineering client is looking for a well-versed team leader who can work in a manufacturing and engineering environment with confidence and ease. A super business who offer a great culture and supportive environment, where you can be part of a thriving and growing business.

Responsibilities as Manufacturing Team Leader
As part of an established manufacturing team, you will support and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers.
Impart continuous improvement throughout the team, supporting lean initiatives
Implementing process and procedure, ensuring that all guidelines and standards are being adhered to
When required be able to train and develop the team, motivating and encouraging collaboration
Working with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments
Able to be hands-on with the CNC Machines when required to support your team, advising and supporting operators
Skills and qualifications as Manufacturing Team Leader
Experienced CNC Machining background
A clear understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and a solid work history within that environment
Ideally a degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
Be a clear communicator, both verbal and written
Demonstrate tenacity and drive, able to use own initiative

Basic Salary of £42 - £44k DOE
