Job Description
My client is a leading manufacturer of vessels and pipework to the aviation industry with over 20 years of continuous growth culminating in over 16000 global customers and an annual turnover north of 10 million pounds. They are looking to bring onboard a skilled Foreman bolster their team in Morecambe. The ideal candidate will come from a previous Supervisory background with experience Training and leading manufacturing teams as well as strong Fabrication experience.
You will need to be based within a commutable distance of Morecambe for this role.
Manufacturing Foreman Job Overview
Supervising daily operations
Leading a production team of circa 15 employees
Collaborating with management on project planning and execution
Training and mentoring staff
Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
Manufacturing Foreman Job Requirements
Strong previous Fabrication experience
Previous experience leading production teams
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Based within a commutable distance of Morecambe
Full driving licence
Manufacturing Foreman Salary & Benefits
Salary £32,000 - £38,000 DOE
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (42.5 hour's week)
Overtime available
31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
