Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing team in Norwich? We are recruiting Window Manufacturing Operatives!
Pay: £12.07 per hour, rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks.
Shift: Fixed Night Shift, Monday to Thursday, 17:00 - 04:00 – enjoy long weekends every week!
Training provided to help you succeed in the role.
A supportive and dynamic working environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Work within the glass or frame departments.
Quality check window frames to ensure a high standard.
Assemble and attach handles, hinges, and other components.
Insert rubber seals into frames for a precise finish.
Fit glass into window frames with care and precision.
Use hand and power tools frequently.
Assist with production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory operative role.
A reliable, hard-working, and quality-focused individual.
Experience with hand or power tools is beneficial but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
