Gap personnel are recruiting 1 Manufacturing Operator for a global, leading manufacturer based in Norwich on a temporary to permanent basis. Overtime available for successful candidates.
The company is a large manufacturing site with a variety of roles & duties to be completed, a strong and positive company culture, where wellbeing & safety are paramount to the business culture.

Shift Pattern & Pay,
Monday to Friday + Overtime available
Rotational weekly shifts – 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00
Baisc Pay; £11.76 for first 40.25 hours (Reviewed in April)
Overtime Rates, £17.675 after 40.25 hours
£23.53 after 40.25 hours on Saturdays after 2pm
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working on a production line
• Assembling cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
• Operating machinery and equipment
• Monitoring the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following safety processes and guidelines while working with machinery.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Requirements:
