Manufacturing Operative - Essential Requirements/Experience:
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable, though not essential.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Health & Safety Awareness: Knowledge of basic health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
