Your New Salary: c£30k, depending on experience Office based (Reading) Perm Working hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Start: ASAP Reporting to: Operations Manager Operation Specialist - What You'll be Doing: * Organize, archive, and maintain files for efficient and timely access * Perform data entry and database management, focusing on accuracy and completeness. * Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely information flow. * Maintain customer insurance data, update receivables, and manage entries on the insurance portal. * Review customer claims and collect required documentation for managerial evaluation. * Communicate with the sales team and customers to resolve claim-related issues. * Process and issue credit notes using the internal system * Coordinate and organize team tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely completion Operation Specialist - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: * Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to diverse work practices. * Understanding of the business-to-business environment. * Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with partners and departments. * Proven ability to manage tight deadlines across multiple projects. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (familiarity with advanced functions preferred). * Excellent attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. * Strong data analysis skills, capable of formulating reasonable business strategies based on data. * Strong team collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate cooperation between different departments. * Adaptability to change and the ability to respond flexibly to different business demands. * Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
