The Organisation: A Tier 1 €500m+ main contractor with a leading presence in the Scandinavian construction market, specialising in the construction and delivery of multi-million-euro data centre projects. The organisation’s operations focus on the seamless delivery of mission-critical and hyperscale data centres across north and south Sweden for prestigious ‘blue chip’ clients.
Managing Director
• As a key member of the Senior Executive Team, the Managing Director will report directly to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Scandinavian division, ensuring the successful delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects.
• Spearhead business development initiatives to drive company growth and strengthen relationships with high-profile clients.
• Lead and mentor senior management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Assume responsibility for financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate and regional standards.
Country Manager
• Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with the Senior Executive Team to manage the delivery of large-scale data centre projects.
• Take ownership of all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction and planning through to post-completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project management teams, driving project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
The Candidates:
• Demonstrable experience at a senior executive level within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing technical, complex, and large-scale projects, particularly within hyperscale and mission-critical environments such as data centres.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to optimise performance and profitability.
• Adept at managing client relationships, fostering trust, and delivering on key expectations.
• Experience in the Scandinavian or wider European construction markets is advantageous.
