Hotel Management Couple - 100k
Yellow 42 Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to join a prominent Hotel in West Scotland. As a Management Couple, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment and ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. One of the candidates must be a Head Chef. The couple must be able to start no later than March 2025.
Proven experience in a Head Chef role
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
