Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer: The successful candidate will receive: • A competitive starting salary • A dedicated mentor and ongoing training • A full study package • 1 day home working per week • 25 days annual leave entitlement + bank holidays • Company pension, matched up to 9% • Income protection • Death in service, 4 x salary • Family health care cash plan • Cycle to work scheme • Discounted gym membership • Company sick pay • Free on site parking Your New Role as Management Accountant: Reporting to the Financial Controller, specific responsibilities will include: • Direct line management of 2 Accounts Assistants • Assisting with the preparation, review and communication of financial results • Acting as a key business partner to a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Assisting with budget preparation • Monthly VAT and Intrastat submissions • Provision of ad hoc analysis and reports as required • Being a key player in various projects relating to continual improvements and business performance Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply: The ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified, or actively studying and committing to completing full qualification (a comprehensive study package will be offered). Strong systems skills are required including good Excel ability and strong communication skills are imperative to thrive in this role.
