Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on. You'll lead and support day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small maintenance team.
Perform and oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Support installation and commissioning of equipment.Requirements:
Strong experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Leadership experience or proven ability to manage a team.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC).
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.What's on Offer:
