* Leading a team of Maintenance Engineers
* Developing the team
* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness
* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
* Maintenance and repairs on production machinery
* Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, chains, and valves.
* Electrical – Working safely, testing motors, and replacing components.
