Job Description

Maintenance Manager (Concrete Products/Aggregates) Dublin €80-85k + Package Required for leading manufacturer of concrete construction materials. The successful candidate will oversee all maintenance works for the region, reporting directly to the Regional Associate Director. Role will have responsibility over staff, parts and maintenance programs internally and externally on both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Requirements • Background in heavy manufacturing/quarrying maintenance or similar • Maintenance process and workflow analysis for troubleshooting and process improvement • Understanding of the types of machinery – Crushers, excavators, loaders, screeners, conveyors etc. Responsibilities: • Responsible for management & delivery of the maintenance function for our Concrete production facilities. • Manage planned downtime to achieve required plant Up Time per week. • Assume leadership role in the scheduling of shutdown maintenance activities. • Liaise with the Operations Team and Logistics Management in the development of job plans and receive feedback from completed jobs. • Responsible for the development, management and implementation of the Routine, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programme and associated improvement works, including the identification by root causes recurring process incidents for elimination. • Develop and maintain a Maintenance Management System to optimise site maintenance planning, spare parts management & inventory control, maintenance metrics data collection and reporting. • Manage maintenance spare parts storeroom including workflows, spares evaluation and metrics to include identifying critical spares, establishing Skills Required: • Time served trade or equivalent qualification, and/or 3rd level related discipline (e.g. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree) • 6+ years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment On offer • Bonus, • Pension Scheme • Healthcare Contribution To register your interest please forward your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
