Maintenance Engineer Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire £41,500 + £500 Guaranteed Bonus + Performance Bonus Mon – Thurs (7am – 5pm) – 4 Day Week Benefits Permanent Mon – Thurs, 3 day weekend every weekend 14% Pension contribution (8% employer, 6% employee) Annual bonus of up to 12% of your salary – This was paid at 9% last year. Automatic life assurance cover (5x annual salary) 24 Days Holiday We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer of either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. As a business we have over 10 UK locations with annual turnover well in excess of £400m which we have reinvested into the plant. Our facility is only 10 years old with lots of brand-new state of the art machinery, with plenty of land to expand onto with plans to nearly triple capacity over the next 5 years. Our process is fully automated with lots of technical aspects and varied work on a day-to-day basis. Your roles and responsibilities will be largely based around planned maintenance and continuous improvements on site, as well as working alongside the shift team where necessary. You’ll be working in a substantial size team of 24 engineers across the department. Experience required. Must be a multi skilled maintenance engineer 60:40 either electrical or mechanical bias is essential. Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (City and Guilds/HNC) us essential in a maintenance related discipline. Previous experience within an automated manufacturing environment would be beneficial. Ability to read both mechanical and electrical drawings.
