Salary: Up to £46,000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

We are seeking a Day Technician with a strong background in water treatment systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of water systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on water treatment systems for a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine water treatment and chemical dosing checks
Conduct water sampling and analysis, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on water systems
Monitor water quality, including temperature, pH, and chlorine levels
Oversee water treatment plant rooms and equipment, ensuring optimal performance
Manage water system disinfection processes, including legionella control
General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical: AHUs, FCUs, BMS systems etc.
General Plumbing Maintenance & small works

Requirements:
Relevant water treatment qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds or L8 Legionella Awareness or similar)
4+ years of experience in building services & maintenance
Proven track record in commercial water treatment
Strong knowledge of water hygiene, cooling towers, and legionella control
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
