Maintenance Coordinator
£30,000 - £35,000 + Mon - Fri + Company Benefits + Hybrid Working

Are you a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar looking for a varied role where you will have the opportunity to create working relationships with Maintenance Operatives, Contractors and Clients whilst working for a well-established company who promote high quality working environments and offer hybrid work?

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance team through planning and scheduling for planned and reactive maintenance services. You will also monitor the progress of services to ensure customers' maintenance requests are handled in line with legal agreements and requirements.
This role would suit a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar looking for a varied role within a highly regarded Property Asset company with hybrid working on offer.
The role:
Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:00
Co-Ordination of both reactive and planned maintenance
Ensuring all services are completed to the correct standard
Daily scheduling
Preparing Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase ordersThe person:
