Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
We are looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team. If you have experience operating CNC machines and crank grinders, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Rottler machines (F98Y, F79A, F69A) for rebore and line boring of diesel engine blocks.
Use Robbi Crank Grinder REX 2200 RM to regrind and polish crankshaft journals.
Conduct basic Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure machine efficiency.
Utilize various measuring tools, including vernier calipers, micrometres, and dial test indicators, to maintain high quality and accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven experience with CNC machining and manual grinding.
Familiarity with metrology equipment for precise measurements.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
