Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading packaging company in their search for a Semi-Skilled Machine Operative to work in their leading factory in Bourne.
For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:
£28,994.64 p/annum
36 hours per week, Continental Shifts, 5:30 am – 5:30 pm / 5:30 pm – 5:30 am
Permanent Role
Uniform and PPE provided
Training and development opportunities
21 days holiday + bank holidays
The role - Machine Operative:
Following written instructions from P.C
Preparing tooling ready for production runs
Quality checking parts prior to production runs
Setting up & running various machines including Digi Cons, PMR
Cleaning parts after each production run
Carry out weekly stock checks of inks & consumables with Goods In operator
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:
Previous experience working within the print industry - ESSENTIAL
P.C literate
Experience of working in a high volume, low unit cost manufacturing environment
Stable work history
Key skills or similar Job titles:
