Job Description
We are looking for a M365/ Infrastructure Engineer to work within public sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Moor Row, Cumbria
About the role: You will be responsible for providing project support across the full infrastructure environment as the M365 SME.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have an extensive M365/ Infrastructure Engineering background, with the following skills/ experience:
Experience working as a senior / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer on Microsoft Technologies in similar scale environment.
Experience using ITSM tools and strong understanding of ITSM (ITIL) best practices.
Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & WSUS.
Experience of provisioning, managing & maintaining VMs (VMWare)
Experience of work in a DevOps EnvironmentBefore You Apply
