Job Description

The Labour Group are currently looking for an M&E Commisioning Manager for a leading M&E contractor based on a flagship project in Reading. Core Duties: * Ensure commitments to clients are met on time and to the required quality standards. * Manage and validate the commissioning process, ensuring results align with project requirements. * Inspect existing systems to assess performance and identify improvements. * Provide expert advice on commissioning requirements, strategies, and scopes of work. * Conduct measurements, surveys, and technical inspections as required. Ongoing Responsibilities: * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance systems and procedures. * Act as a technical champion in a specialised area. * Support company growth through marketing and promotional activities. General Responsibilities: * Follow health and safety policies at all times. * Work efficiently, diligently, and professionally. * Ensure technical compliance and high-quality project deliverables. * Develop commissioning strategies and processes aligned with project goals. * Fully adopt the company’s project and internal management systems. * Monitor and control project finances. * Attend meetings and contribute to project discussions. * Prepare technical and commercial reports for internal and client use. * Develop project-specific commissioning and validation documents. * Review drawings, manuals, and technical submittals for compliance. * Create method statements, test scripts, and related documentation. * Identify and report project scope changes. * Work collaboratively with the project team to assess progress, challenges, and costs. * Perform hands-on commissioning work as needed
