Luxury Residential Night Concierge- Central London - Full time- Permanent Salary: £30K -32K Rota: 12 hour shifts, Pitman The Opportunity: A fantastic property management company are looking for a Night Concierge to join their private residential development in Central London. The building is a prestigious development in an exclusive location, offering high-tech, state-of-the-art and fully serviced facilities and living. Working within a wider Concierge team, you will be providing an exceptional 5* service to all residents and their visitors and dealing with all requests. Duties and Responsibilities: * Meeting and greeting Residents and Visitors * Efficiently managing the lobby and communal areas, including general inspection and assuring tidiness throughout * Answering all incoming emails to the site email address and efficiently following up * Complete every residents request promptly and efficiently * Provide personalised interaction with all key stakeholders * Support a smooth move-in and move-out for all residents * Performing health & safety checks and conducting visual inspections of the site * Liaising with the housekeeping and maintenance team regarding any issues Your Experience: * Previous experience of being a Concierge/Butler/receptionist at a 5* hotel or another luxury residential development * Strong communication skills * Immaculate appearance, presentation and personal brand Does this sound like the opportunity you've been looking for?
