Job Description

Logistics Quality Assurer We’re looking for a skilled Logistics Quality Assurer to join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality training and assessment programs. This full-time role is based in Wolverhampton with national travel. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring high standards in learning and assessment across logistics programs. A company car, fuel card, and tech equipment (mobile phone, laptop) are included. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and review quality assurance records and assessment documentation. * Observe and support coaches and tutors in the workplace. * Interview learners, mentors, and employers to assess training quality. * Deliver feedback and ensure continuous improvement. * Analyze data to monitor learner progress and achievement. * Facilitate training for staff to enhance skills and knowledge. * Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Essential Skills and Qualifications * Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (e.g., D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4). * Recognised Assessor Award (e.g., D32, D33, TAQA or equivalent). * Level 3 trade qualification. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, assessment, and teaching. * Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and safeguarding. * Excellent communication, teamwork, and IT skills. * Flexible, proactive, and professional. Desirable Skills and Qualifications * Level 3 teaching qualification. * Level 3 management qualification. * Level 3 IAG qualification. * Level 3 coaching qualification. * Level 2 Safeguarding qualification. Work Schedule * Based in Wolverhampton, with national travel. * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. * £32,000 - £35,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
