Job Description

Role OverviewJoining our team as a Logistics Operative you will be responsible for receiving and booking in of customers assets, dealing with third party couriers (National & International) including overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods. You will ensure that mandatory and legislative QHSE aspects of work are implemented at all times. Daily you will be responsible for: ·        Booking customer’s assets onto the Company management suite (EMS) ·        Be an integral part of the team managing the workflow to meet customer deadlines ·        Dealing with Internal & External queries ·        Unpacking and checking deliveries against delivery paperwork and/or purchase orders ·        Schedule and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery ·        The safe & effective packing of assets for third party deliveries ·        Operate company vehicle for collections & deliveries as and when required ·        Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries ·        Supporting the administration team with logistical issues About the RoleAre you an experienced Logistics Operative looking for a new opportunity?
