Logistics Coordinator:
Paddock Wood
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Hybrid Working- NO WEEKENDS

We have an opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join an industry leading organisation in Paddock Wood. This is an opportunity to join a company with a genuine family feel that offer a strong benefits package with flexible working patterns to ensure their employees have good work/life balance and well-being. Due to the continuous growth of the company, they are now looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to join their Logistics team. The new employee will receive full training on joining and will have the support of an experienced team.
Duties:
Planning and arranging the international transportation of products using external partners
Achieving best cost and delivery time for shipments with effective negotiation
Accurate compilation of all Customs Documentation and reports required
Resolving any logistics issues or delays in transport
Keeping customers updated on the status on their order and resolving any issues
Ensure all documentation is in line with EU and Global regulations
Requirements:
Experience working to deadlines while multi tasking
Experience working with Incoterms would be an advantage
Understanding of import and export procedures, Brexit Regulations
