As an Interim Logistics & OH Account Coordinator, you will…
Be the go-to person for managing clinical diaries, booking holidays and accommodation for clinical staff, and organising external/outsourced bookings for clinics and appointments. No two days are the same, and your ability to keep things moving will make a real difference to people’s health, wellbeing, and workplace experience.

Holds a full, clean driving licence and has access to a dependable vehicle.
As an Interim Logistics & OH Account Coordinator, you will:
Act as the key liaison between OH practitioners and clients, ensuring robust customer service and strong client relationships.
Proactively monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring timely updates and responses to client needs.
Oversee diary bookings for practitioners and manage day-to-day client workloads.
Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards in formatting and sending reports.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to long-term planning for operational excellence.
Manage the national network database and map, including external practitioners.
