Locum Social Work - Short Term Team We're currently looking for a passionate and experienced Locum Social Worker to join our Adult Social Services Assessment Team on a locum basis in South Wales. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to play a key part in supporting vulnerable adults and making a meaningful impact in the community. What This Role Involves: Qualified Adult Social Worker: You will need to be SCW registered, with solid experience in Adult Social Services and a good grasp of the relevant statutory frameworks. Hierarchy of Support Reviews: You'll be responsible for carrying out these reviews, ensuring that individuals receive the right level of care based on their unique needs. Home Working Flexibility: You'll have the ability to work both remotely and from the office, maintaining a balance that works for both you and the team. Person-Centred Care: Your role will focus on delivering person-centred, tailored care to adults, promoting independence and dignity while following all safeguarding guidelines.To be considered for this post you should have held a post as an Adult's Social Worker.
