Birchrose Associates are working on a new opportunity for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assist at a reputable law firm in London starting end of January for 6 weeks +. The Opportunity Our client, a long established, reputable firm in London is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering commercial property matters. The commercial property locum solicitor is required to assist for 6 weeks in duration covering absence in the team. Our client will allow someone to work on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities The commercial property locum will manage commercial property work to include: Landlord and Tenant matters Re-financing work Sales and purchases of commercial property Property Finance Benefits Friendly firm and supportive team Secretarial support Hybrid working Requirements At least 7 years' experience as a Solicitor handling a broad commercial property caseload Ability to work self-sufficiently within an efficient and productive team To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
