LKS2 teacher - Dagenham
Tradewind are working with a vibrant and welcoming two-form entry school that is seeking a Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) teacher to join their team in September.
This is a full-time position in a supportive and friendly school, where staff collaboration and pupil development are at the heart of the school's ethos. The atmosphere is calm and the classrooms are bright and engaging - providing an excellent setting for both teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE/PGDE
Experience teaching in a primary school (preferably KS2)
Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum (Years 3-4)Skills:
Experience with formative and summative assessment
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Experience leading or supporting a subject area (desirable)
Ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality, engaging lessons
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate teaching for a range of abilities and needs
Creative and flexible teaching strategiesCompliance Requirements:
QTS or relevant teaching qualification
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
