Lettings Manager / Sales Negotiator Tonbridge £30,000 - £35,000 + 10k OTE + Training + Company Benefits Are you a Lettings Manager / Sales Negotiator or similar looking to head up and expand a residential lettings department for a well-established, independent Estate Agent in a predominantly Monday - Friday role offering career development and a chance to boost your earnings with a generous bonus structure? This well-established Estate Agents has built a strong reputation in the Kent property market across numerous offices. They work within the domestic and commercial housing sector and is now looking for a Lettings Manager to oversee and develop their residential lettings portfolio in Tonbridge. In this varied role you will be responsible for leading a department and growing a team of agents around you. On a day-to-day basis you will manage landlord and tenant relationships, oversee property viewings and tenancy agreements and liaise with customers, contractors and other departments. This varied role would suit a Lettings Manager or similar looking for an exciting team leadership role within a residential lettings company who offer the chance for ongoing development. The Role: Managing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism and care. Overseeing property viewings, marketing, and tenancy agreements. Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and standards. Conducting site visits to assess maintenance and repairs.
