Lettings Manager

Salary £30k (OTE £50-£55k)
Are you an experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their Aldershot branch.
As the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you’ll be the face of the branch, representing the business with professionalism and skill. You will need to have strong negotiation abilities, excellent time management, and the capability to manage client expectations effectively.
Customer service and communication are at the heart of our client’s values. You will be expected to uphold these standards to the highest level, ensuring both clients and customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage day-to-day tasks
·Provide exceptional customer service and communication to clients.
·Assist clients in achieving results through effective negotiations and time management.
·Working Hours -Office hours are 8.30am-6pm Monday to Friday, with an early finish at 5pm on Fridays. Saturday hours are 9am-4pm (with Saturdays on a rota basis).
