Lisa Wright Recruitment is currently recruiting a Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a professional firm based in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, team-focused environment, easily accessible from Peterborough and Huntingdon, with free parking provided.
The Role:
We are seeking a Legal Secretary who is proactive, versatile, and eager to help across a variety of tasks. While legal experience is preferred, the most important qualities are a strong background in secretarial work, experience in a professional firm, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing secretarial support to the Agricultural Property team.
* Copy and audio typing of various correspondence
* Assisting with data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks.
* Diary management
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and copy typing is essential (audio typing experience is a plus).

* Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 5:30, and Friday 9:00 – 5:00.
