We are eager to speak to experienced Private Client Legal PA's who are looking for their next, new challenge in Edinburgh. You will join an established team, assisting fee earners on all private client requirements from wills to power of attorney, to tax planning. Ideally, you will be a proactive and motivated team member, who is able to manage their time and diary effectively to complete all tasks.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with a salary available up to £30,000 p/a depending on experience. You will work core business hours Monday - Friday and this role will follow a hybrid working model, upon completion of training.
Are you who we are looking for?
You will be an experienced Legal PA, with Private Client experience
You are a well organised and proactive individual, who can manage a high-volume workload daily
You have strong client care skills, and enjoy building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
You can problem solve, offer help or make suggestions when required
You can work well individually and within a wider team environment
You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages, BigHand, and i-Manage
You are enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
What is the day to day like?
Handling a variety of documents including Wills, Power of Attorney and Executries
Opening new matters and completing general client and matter management
Editing, formatting, and presenting documents following set styles
Transcribing documents from dictation and copy typing with minimal errors
Producing fees and uploading invoices to internal finance systems
Completing all cash room forms and assisting with production of financial statements
Completing credit card reconciliations and expense claims
Booking travel and accommodation as required
Assisting across other teams when required
