Job Description

A lovely law firm based in the city centre is looking for an organised Legal Assistant to support the partners and fee earners across their Conveyancing team. You will be integral in providing secretarial and administrative support within a client-focussed and professional capacity. The role will primarily involve: * Arranging meeting and client interviews. * Coordinating fee earner diaries and booking travel arrangements. * Liaising with clients face to face and over the phone. * Document processing and collating paperwork in relation to court proceedings. * Taking minutes and seminar notes when necessary. * Producing legal letters and attendance notes. This is a high volume role, ideal for an individual who enjoys managing their own workload. In a busy, exciting environment, you must be able to juggle multiple tasks and use your own initiative! Alongside good administration experience in a corporate environment, the firm are looking for good secretarial/PA skills as well as enthusiasm, flexibility and intelligence.
