As a Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing leasing operations across two dynamic BTR schemes, totalling 320 high-quality residential apartments. Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the leasing process from start to finish for two BTR schemes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Develop and implement strategies to boost occupancy, increase revenue, and keep residents happy.
* Build strong relationships with potential residents, brokers, and key contacts.
* Work closely with the property management team to improve the resident experience and create a welcoming community.
* Track leasing performance and use data to find areas for improvement.
* Oversee marketing efforts to promote available units and attract the right tenants.
* Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Your Requirements:
* Experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the Build-to-Rent sector.
* A solid understanding of the BTR market and proven success in driving leasing Performance.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed leasing targets.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
