Learning Support Assistant – Surrey - £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience) – SEMH School – ASAP start * Learning Support Assistant required in Surrey * Learning Support Assistant required in a SEMH School * Learning Support Assistant required to start ASAP * Must have experience working with SEMH Can you commute to Surrey? Are you an experience LSA looking for a new role? Do you have experience working with SEMH? If you answered yes to the above, this Learning Support Assistant role is for you! The role – Learning Support Assistant I am working with a SEMH based in Surrey that are looking to appoint a new Learning Support Assistant to join their team! In this role you will be working with students in key stage 2 – key stage 4 and must support them in and out of class, while assisting the class teacher. As a Learning Support Assistant, you must have experience working with SEMH and must be an approachable, efficient and confident person with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. You will need to use de – escalation techniques to work with the student’s challenging behaviour and must have experience. The school – SEMH The school is a SEMH school that caters to students aged 7 – 16 years old, it’s most recent Ofsted rating as Good. The school aims to take care of the mental, physical and emotional health of their students and is committed to creating an inclusive environment, where students are treated with dignity and respect.
