Lead Windows Driver Engineer – Machine Learning About the Role: Join a dynamic team of software engineers shaping the future of computing! We seek a skilled Lead Windows Driver Engineer to drive innovation in Windows-based ML architecture. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing DirectML drivers, ensuring seamless integration with next-generation hardware. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers in developing and optimizing DirectML drivers for Windows systems. Design, implement, debug, and test Windows drivers on various platforms, including software models and FPGA systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams. Guide technical development, task assignment, and project execution to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in Windows driver development, preferably DirectML. Strong expertise in ARM architecture. Solid understanding of machine learning software concepts. Proven experience in technical leadership and people management. Strong communication skills, with the ability to mentor and document technical work effectively. Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of Windows OS software architecture. Experience with software development methodologies. Why Join?
