Lead QA / Test Analyst
Leading Hospitality & Food Service Organisation
Birmingham (Hybrid) - 2/3 days onsite
TRIA are excited to be working with a FTSE100 organisation in the hospitality and food service sector on an exciting opportunity within their Digital & Technology team. We're seeking a Lead QA / Test Analyst to join their award-winning digital solutions team, working on innovative technologies including AI, frictionless ordering, and robotics.
The Opportunity Our client is at the forefront of digital innovation in the hospitality sector, creating cutting-edge omnichannel solutions for food and drink ordering. They're seeking an experienced QA Lead to work with their UK Product Team and offshore development partners, ensuring new product features meet the highest quality standards before release.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the testing strategy for innovative digital solutions including apps, kiosks, and kitchen management systems
Develop and enhance test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications
Manage test environments and coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in QA testing, with expertise in end-to-end testing and UAT
Strong background in testing websites, mobile apps, and integrated systems
Knowledge of API testing and working with JSON, XML
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
