Job Description
Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) - Nursing home - up to £47,400 per annum

Position: Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
Salary: £24.34 p/h or £47,463 per annum
Hours: Full time 37.5h DAYS 9 ( Mixture of 12h and 7h long shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent
The care home is registered for 80 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia and Huntington's.
We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with at least 2 year's leadership experience in a nursing home / care home in the UK.
The role as a Lead Nurse / Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):
Provide clinical leadership and decision-making
Ensure quality nursing care and assessments
Lead, motivate, and manage the care team
Monitor and supervise care practices
Hands-on nursing care
Support Home Manager in home operation
